Impact
We optimized user experience by reducing friction in list view, enhancing daily efficiency, and enabling easier access to operations weeks in advance. Addressing user requests, we defaulted to calendar view, keeping users on the same page and minimizing toggling. This resulted in decreased human errors. Continuously gathering feedback, we strive to enhance military trust and deliver efficient solutions, tackling challenges gradually to provide enduring value.
